Noel Gallagher Reveals New Album

In a recent interview @themightyi has revealed his new album ‘Council Skies’ will pay tribute to his Manchester roots. 

First single ‘Pretty Boy’ already does that, as it features a Mr @johnnymarrgram on guitar. Are you looking forward to a new Noel Gallagher album. I know I am. 

I wonder what he means by Manchester Roots though, does it sound like The Smiths, New Order, The Stone Roses, or are we more inclined to hear an acid house type thing, with nods to the Hacienda. Or are we going to see Noel write the next ‘Swamp Thing’
