Tickets for Liam Gallagher's Definitely Maybe tour went on sale yesterday (20th October 2023) initially a twelve date tour, that rose to fourteen dates. Which will see Liam take the show to Sheffield, London, Cardiff, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin.
The tour sold out in around 90 minutes, even with the two extra dates being added. It's quite astonishing that the band is still there, from fans to hear Liam sing those songs. Those songs still mean something all of these years later.
Of course there will still be people who want a moan, and I as a big Oasis fan, still have some criticisms of the tour. £90 for an arena show, is quite an expensive ticket. It's not just a reflection on Liam however this seems to be the going rate for a ticket in today climate. I also feel that Liam could have done much bigger venues and sold them out if he wanted to, look at the dates he announced last year, Knebworth etc. Arenas even if it is multiple nights in each to some may seem like a backwards step.
However, I will praise Liam for donating some of the ticket money to an amazing cause in 'War Child' and for those who have got tickets, I know you will be in for an amazing show.
